Minimum charge for the first hour	£70
Every hour thereafter charged in ½ hourly segments	£49

Please give us a call or send us a Quote Request if you would like a cost for any of our services. Depending on the works you have, a visit to site may be required to enable us to give you the best possible price. This of course will made at a time to suit you and will not cost you a penny.

We would always prefer to supply our domestic and commercial customers with a free of charge fixed price quotation so you know the cost of works before you give us the go ahead. We guarantee that unless a customer increases the amount of works that was originally allowed for, our fixed quotations will remain fixed with no hidden charges to surprise you at a later date.

We appreciate that some customers have works that are a matter of urgency and have time restrictions, so a fixed quotation may not be possible prior to the commencement of works. In these instances please see our call out charges.  All our rates and charges exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 17.5% VAT.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge our customers for parking or for congestion charge areas
